I’m a people leader with more than 12 years of learning and development program management experience. At GSV, I‘ve led the program team to deliver the most successful ASU+GSV Summit (7,200 attendees) while also launching the inaugural AI Revolution Show attendees), reducing contractual YOY costs by nearly 50%. At TPT, I built, hired, and managed the cross-functional learning and development team that addressed low product adoption on TPT\'s new digital creation tool, Easel. Leveraging adult education best practices, my team increased product adoption through intentional instructional design. Within 3 months of program launch, more than sellers, including 60% of top revenue-generating sellers, became Easel Certified Sellers that created more than Easel resources, which increased revenue. The company later tasked me to leverage these strategies and tactics to guide marketplace Buyer and Seller adoption of our B2B SaaS product and to train our internal sales team.
