He has applied commercial oversight within complex multi-entity M&A based organisations featuring detailed ownership and earn-out mechanisms, public captial raising and private equity positioning. A GE trained lean practitioner and commercialist - Bill is an accomplished executive, digital systems specialist and people-first leader with an unwavering commitment to safety, life-long learning and innovation. Bill has contributed as a board member, and an advisory committee member for a number of companies and not-for-profits across a range of industry segments across Australiasia and the UAE.
