I’m a proven Head of Solutions Consulting with deep experience building, scaling, and enabling high-performing pre-sales teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US. I also have a strong track record as an enterprise B2B solution seller, consistently closing complex deals and driving revenue growth.I lead teams that partner closely with Business Development Managers to drive new business acquisition, all while bridging the gap between complex technology and real customer needs.I thrive on tackling complex problems: from solution design, configuration, and integration, to detailed gap analysis, requirements gathering, and crafting impactful demos and prototypes. Notable achievements:• Market Revitalisation – Australia 2024/25: Relocated to rebuild the region’s performance; grew the Solutions Consultant team from 1 to 4 and led the team to deliver the strongest APAC quarter on record, closing 6 new business deals compared to just 4 in the entire previous year.• Team Enablement – US 2023: Led two 3-month stints delivering development and training programs, enabling the US team to achieve its highest annual revenue to date — tripling the previous year’s results.• Apprenticeship Program – UK 2022: Designed and launched a pre-sales apprenticeship program, training 5 apprentices to full-time staff, building a sustainable, high-impact talent pipeline.
