Business Accomplishments I am most proud of. 19••••07 Finance 500 Fixed Income Dept, a Irvine CA. based Broker Dealer. Partner and creator of the syndicate desk. I lead a group of series 7 licensed brokers and developed a certificate of deposit underwriting, sales, and trading desk. Managed the development of over 2500 national and community banks CD issuance and developed the mechanism to distribute and trade billions of dollars a year in underwritings. Finance 500 became the largest privately held underwriter for community banks by volume and diversity, helping fund 100s of billions in mortgage, commercial, and credit card loans. 20••••11 Revived JVB financials Syndicate department. New Issue CD\'s, Notes, and Structured Products distribution. Worked with compliance to onboard, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, World Bank, Credit Suisse, among others to issue callable corporate debt, Certificates of deposits, NOTE\'s, and Structured Products via a 3rd party selling group agreement. I also helped implementing Bloomberg\'s TOMS (trade order management system) linking the trading desks API to TOMS and our clearing house. Created Structured Note\'s with embedded options (CAPS/FLOORS) to market.
