Oversee the overall bespoke production process, ensuring timelines are kept- Constant review of production to identify issues that can create bottlenecks, thus reducing output- Manage performance of the workforce to ensure they are following QC standards, execution of planned workload and capacity optimisation- Oversight of the workshop and provide the necessary support to ensure a sufficient working environment- Support work prioritisation for the cutters and develop sufficient reporting/dashboard resources- Management and oversight of the production and logistics department- Manage the RTW inventory, including restocking and discontinuation of perennials- Main liaison between the factories and Huntsman, leading communication to and from, regarding pattern adjustments and product development- Work closely with Creative Director & Managing Director on collection development, which includes collating swatches, ordering samples and planning bulk allocation - Create and implement a critical timeline for collections with deadlines for planning and ordering- Oversee operations budget and manage the upkeep of the store through necessary allocation for maintenance and facilities- Lead all relationships with outside contractors ensuring they fulfil the work agreed for completion. Manage the maintenance contracts for the building and constantly analyse the cost and upkeep of service standards- Supervise the Health & Safety of the building and ensure operating standards are maintained and in line with insurance guidelines.
