Some of my job responsibilities in this role are- Produce email communications and manage ongoing email optimization efforts, list segmentation and A/B testing to maximize results- Troubleshoot layout and email compatibilities issues- Manage email lists, groups and data between all related systems and email tools- Create and manage ongoing, time-based campaign in support of Development and the NJH website- Act as the subject matter expert/administrator for online fundraising tools and payment processing- Liaison with stakeholders and team members to ensure website content is current and accurate, providing content maintenance services and user training as needed- Ensure content is integrated completely, including taxonomy, cross linking and searching best-practices- Create and implement content in support of the NJH social media strategy across multiple social platforms- Monitor and report on email, website, social and related KPIs to ensure proper operations and to identify trends. Plan and provide required reporting, while identifying opportunities to increase adoption and engagement- Perform routine testing of website search, website functionality and email functionality- Monitor and facilitate resolution of digital communication as needed. Resolve requests from stakeholders, team members and end users in a timely and complete manner.I am thrilled with my role at National Jewish Health and am proud to work in an industry which serves the Denver community.
