Dedicated full-time Studio Health & Safety lead for 50-70 Productions per year in USA & CA reporting to Global Health & Safety Executive: Dave Michalski- Work with Production to create IIPP, EAP, Heat Illness Plan, Wildfire and Wildfire SmokeResponse Plan, Inclement Weather Plan, and Toolbox Talks- Review, advise, and guide on all Risk Assessments, Firearm Hazard Assessments, and SPFXAssessments for Productions in my region- Review Locations Assessments, Set & Stage Assessments, Engineering Reports, Water TestingReports, and Construction & Scenic Assessments- Review all Production Incident Reports, escalating and following-up as needed- Interact with Production Executives and Producers for big picture AMS Health and SafetyInitiatives- Interact with UPMs, Production Supervisors, Production Coordinators, Production SafetyRepresentatives/Advisors, Stunt Coordinators, SPFX Coordinators, AD Teams, ConstructionLeads, Rigging/Grip Leads, Armorers/Prop Masters, Water Safety Coordinators, and LocationsTeams on a frequent basis to understand any Risk and Health & Safety factors related to dailyoperations, scenes, talent involvement, and locations in order to advise and guide best practices- Understand and apply CSATF Safety Bulletins, ActSafe BC Safety Bulletins, OSHA reportingrequirements, WorkSafe BC reporting requirements, and other Canadian Provinces’ Film and TVSafety guidelines and reporting requirements- USA/CA daily safety and production information data entry for AMS H&S Executives- Site/set/location visits to each Production during Hard Prep, and as needed due to high-riskscene(s)/sequence(s), hazardous locations, or repeated and/or severe incidents- Interact with AMS Risk Management Teams and Legal Teams on high-risk operations- Maintain and train Productions to use AMS Origami (service for Incident Reporting, ProductionOnboarding, and Risk Assessment submission)- Support AMS H&S Executive on Kick-Off calls- Attend SAFFE Meetings
