Red Leaf Pulp is a development co led by Darby Kreitz, which has spent >$40 Million planning to build Canada\'s first non-wood pulp mill utilizing Agricultural waste in central Saskatchewan. USD $800 Million capital requirement, scheduled to be in production by 2028. We closed Dart Container as a strategic Series A investor in early 2023 and have secured >$8 Million in federal and provincial funding during the development period. Currently in discussions re: significant project funding expected to close in early 2026. This is our first of many plants that are needed to combat global deforestation and carbon emissions. Partnered with Valmet, PCL, CNG and IEM to deliver multiple projects, utilizing 90+ million tonnes of unused annual farm crop residues in North America and representing a $5 billion market opportunity in Canada alone.
