Responsible for risk management, compliance, business continuity and resilience.Key Responsibilities:Crisis Management – Lead the Crisis & Contingency Planning teams, accountable for developing, implementing and testing strategic crisis management and emergency response plans, both for TUI Aviation and the Tour Operations businesses.Business Continuity Planning – Accountable for the overall mitigation of business risk and the development and implementation of the business continuity plans.Incident Management – Lead the Incident Response team. Accountable for TUI response to major customer incidents.
