Designing informative and attractive flyers to promote the association\'s activities and events- Developing communication kits that include brochures, a roll-up banner, and informational documents for partners and volunteers, facilitating the dissemination of information about ongoing projects- Creating visual materials (banners, posters, presentations) for events, awareness campaigns, and fundraising activities, using graphic design tools (Canva, InDesign) to ensure effective visual communication- Benchmarking - Managing the association’s social media by creating and publishing engaging content to raise public awareness of supported causes and encourage action- Creating content to highlight projects and testimonials from beneficiaries- Partner Collaboration: Coordinating with other organizations and partners to create shared content and implement joint initiatives- Monitoring KPIs and reporting- Actively participating in organizing workshops for the \'pôle éducatif\' in collaboration with senior and junior members- Representing the association at events organized by city stakeholders and our partners (managing the booth and presenting our initiatives)- HACCP Delegate: responsible for informing volunteers and managing protocols. Writing meeting minutes, managing WhatsApp groups for the communication team.
