With a custom formula and tested packaging, your brand will be as unique as you are. With our in-house Production Management - all inventory, timelines and processes will be streamlined to guarantee your products to be on-target, on-time, and compliant. We are in the business of helping your brand so you can better serve your customers. My duties at First Impact include focusing on timelines and making sure products get to their destination on time before there is a shortage on the shelves. Governing all factory operations and ensuring the highest level of quality control for product output. Analyze and improve organizational processes and work to improve quality and productivity effectiveness. Making decisions based on internal and external factors to minimize risks and formulate plans to achieve Production goals.
