I am an operationally grounded Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience building compliant, equitable, and scalable HR functions across multi-state, remote, and hybrid organizations.My work sits at the intersection of governance, workforce risk, and equity. I specialize in strengthening payroll oversight, implementing and optimizing HRIS systems (including ADP Workforce Now), managing benefits and retirement programs, and leading employee relations strategy in complex compliance environments.I believe inclusion is sustained through structure.
