Collaborate with VR transition counselors, school district transition specialists and vendors to deliver Pre- Employment Transition Services to high school students with a disability. These services include;a. Job Exploration Counseling.b. Work-based learning experiences.c. Counseling on opportunities for enrollment in comprehensive transition or postsecondary educational programs.d. Workplace readiness training to develop social skills and independent living and e. Instruction in self- advocacy.• Establish training schedules for high schools in the north for the provision of Pre-Employment Transition Services presentations to be provided by vendors. Obtain necessary permission from school districts, clearances, and any required documentation to provide trainings.• Review and evaluate curriculum from vendors for various Pre-Employment Transition Service trainings to ensure it meets agency guidelines. Conduct research for new, updated materials as needed.• Coordinate with the Transition Rehabilitation Supervisor and/or District Manager in the north in the delivery and implementation of transition services and pilot projects.• Educate and deliver presentations to school district personnel and vendors regarding Vocational Rehabilitation services and the requirements of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) as it relates to Transition Services.• Assist in review of program funds to ensure expenditures are appropriate and in accordance with goals and objectives, WIOA requirements, the Divisions Policy and Procedures manual, vendor\'s provider agreements, state and federal regulations.• Monitor program quality and compliance.• Review and monitor vendor monthly reports.• Maintain spreadsheet of trainings provided, students served, school district contacts, and presentations delivered
