ABOUT WERONIKA NITECKA
Here\'s what keeps me up at night: our data is everywhere, and most of us have no idea what\'s happening with it. So I decided to do something about it.I\'m the CEO of Guardatum, building an AI agent that actually helps people understand what websites are doing with their data (because let\'s be honest, nobody reads privacy notices). My co-founder Estera Kot is the CTO at Clouds on Mars and ex-Principal Product Manager at Microsoft HQ, we met through the HerStory program at Girls Future Ready.I\'m from Poland and currently based in Paris. I\'m pursuing my Master\'s at Sciences Po (Public Policy, Digital & New Tech - Research Track), researching the value of data and digital surveillance. What else I\'m up to:* Building LLMs that think like humans at Pathway* Bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world policy at MIT Science Policy Review* Helping Polish students in France find their path: former President of ASPOL, current BCG AmbassadorRecognition and support along the way: Outstanding Pole in France Award (Teraz Polska, 2025) and Hummingbird Award (Robert Dobrzycki Foundation, 2025)If you\'re working on digital rights, AI ethics, online safety, or data governance - let\'s talk :)
