I am a senior research scientist at RAND Corporation with statistical and technical training in psychometrics and building assessment tools used by psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and a variety of other disciplines. I have 20 years of cross-disciplinary experience in the think tanks, non-profit research and public policy consulting industries specializing in statistical modeling and program evaluation in education, economics, public health, space and other policy sectors.
