ABOUT WENJING HUANG

I am a senior research scientist at RAND Corporation with statistical and technical training in psychometrics and building assessment tools used by psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and a variety of other disciplines. I have 20 years of cross-disciplinary experience in the think tanks, non-profit research and public policy consulting industries specializing in statistical modeling and program evaluation in education, economics, public health, space and other policy sectors. I am highly skilled in modeling patient-reported and patient-centered outcomes, human behaviors at social platforms, human-computer interactions and human factors in cyber security, quantifying risk, designing targeted campaigns, analyzing social networks and constructing psychometrically valid questionnaires to measure latent/psychological constructs such as capabilities, potentials and intentions.
