SSE provides the energy needed today while building a better world of energy for tomorrow. Doing this by developing, building, operating and investing in the electricity infrastructure and businesses needed in the transition to net zero. SSE currently has employees globally within UK, ROI, Europe, USA and Japan, across seven business units that make up SSE Group. My role has the responsibility to work with senior leaders to lead and embed large SSE Group wide projects impacting all SSE employees. This includes to date projects that- improve or embed valued cultural priorities - increase or enable high performance and efficiency - improve employee experience and engagement - new systems, including artificial intelligence - compliance and governance
