ABOUT MEI have more than 30 years\' experience as a successful Corporate Finance and strategy adviser. I have concluded over 200 deals across a range of sectors, but with a strong focus on technology and tech-enabled businesses. In 2018, 2020 and 2022, I was voted Corporate Finance Adviser or Dealmaker of the Year at the Thames Valley Business Magazine Deal Awards.
