During my many years at IBM I have had many various roles, from Events Mgr, Education Manager, to Technical Solution Mgr, I have been on secondment to a large IBM BP, working in the Business Partner Organisation as Channel Development Manager for Technical Support Services. Then moving into a Network and Security Offering role for UKICurrently I am Alliance and Offering Leader for Europe for IBM Technical Support Services Worked for 3 years (from 2015) as Network and Security Offerings Manager for UKI, which included developing offerings across all network and security products - working with Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, F5, Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Fortinet and many others to bring the best solutions to clients

ABOUT WENDY ASHWORTH
Well after 39 mostly wonderful years its time to hang up my IBM hat and move on to new adventures, met some amazing people along the way and hope our paths may cross again! Having worked in a number of varied roles across many parts of IBM I have huge amount of expertise across numerous specialities, from commercial contract management, to marketing, to selling solutions. I am also proud to have been a mentor to a variety of people, either helping them to grow in a particular skill or working with gap year students across a wide platform of personal or business skills - something I particularly enjoy. My current role is leading the Alliance Partnership with Cisco, F5 and Fortinet across Europe. I am skilled in building strong relationships across these Alliances, whilst growing my own skills and certifications in Network and Security arena. In the last two years we have grown business together working on new offerings across various sectors. This is a great area to be in, lots of emerging technology and growth and I enjoy being part of this journey.
