I have spent over twenty-five years in Human Resources and to this day I am a cheerleader for this profession. Talent Management/Human Resources/and even the \"old\" Personnel are amazing groups to be a part of. We positively impact our corporations in many ways; not the least of which is bringing talented people into our organizations. We are responsible for getting the right people into the right seats (and for helping to keep them there)! When that happens, you have a recipe for success. I love being the people-person and really getting to know the individuals that are contributing to the overall team. I enjoy helping leaders identify and utilize their employees\' unique strengths and talents to achieve department and company goals. Our professional world has seen many changes over the years, and I personally am excited for the future. The sky is the limit! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, and two grown children at the lake, watching sports, or on the golf course.
