As part of MasTec\'s Power Delivery services, Henkels & McCoy (H&M) is an industry-leading utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure design, construction, and maintenance services for the power, oil & gas pipeline, gas distribution, and communication markets throughout North America. My summary responsibilities include: • Plan, monitor, and report project status and performance data to management and stakeholders. • Participate in conflict resolution and avoidance • Ensure efficient productivity and completion of projects. • Monitor, manage, develop and implement risk mitigation plans and communicate risk for both self-performed and subcontracted work across all phases of projects. • Conduct data evaluation and analysis to identify, measure, monitor, validate and enumerate existing and emerging risks and opportunities. • Ensure that team goals and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company\'s strategy. • Support continuous improvement of methodology and/or selection of tools, approaches and process improvements using fundamentals of H&M Project Management Methodology and other recognized Project Management standards.
