Gator Pears guacamole and avocado pulp products are as authentic as their original name. Since 17th century Spain, the avocado has been called an \'alligator pear\"(skin of an alligator / shape of a pear). There were no preservatives then. There are no preservatives now. We use all clean ingredients and 100% Mexican Hass avocados. Our taste, color and texture will delight your customers.
