Wayne McFarlane, CHRP, FCPA, FCA is a Career Development Executive-in-Residence for the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM), working with undergraduate and MBA students.Wayne brings a wealth of practical career development experience to guide TRSM graduates and MBAs in their career goals. Day-to-day, Wayne works with the team in the Business Career Hub at TRSM, where he coaches students on defining their career goals, assessing opportunities and refining their human capital skills. Wayne also focuses his efforts in connecting students with people and opportunities in both private and public sector organization. Prior to joining Ryerson University, Wayne was the Human Capital Leader for PwC Canada. Wayne consulted globally on PwC Human Capital issues, working in several principal cities around the world. Wayne considers himself fortunate to be able to help guide and coach the next generation of leaders.
