A senior Change Delivery Manager Project Manager leading people and delivering key Transformation, Regulatory Change and Change Projects for Global Transaction Banking (GTB), UK Corporate Bank (UKCB) and International Corporate (ICB). Key projects delivered to date include:• • Capital Requirements Directive (CRD VI) – July 2025 to date – Started the scope and understanding of Barclay approach in complying with the CRD directive to ensure compliance in the prohibition of cross border product/services into the EU states by a 3rd country (non-EU) institution. less exemptions through grandfathering and reverse solicitation.• Government Banking Services (GBS)(Sep 24-Jul 25): Designed, planned and delivered the Business Readiness (Governance Framework, Control Framework and KPI/Reporting Framework) for UKCB & GTB preparing the business for contract award. Facilitated the rapid review of the Outcome of the contract Bid. Designed and delivered a high-level Exit Plan on a Page supplemented by the design of a detailed delivery plan to be used by GBS Delivery team in managing the transition of circa 40 Services/Products to the new service supplier and client. • Key Achievement: Consumer Duty (April 23-Sep 24): Successfully delivered CB’s high profile 2-year Consumer Duty FCA Regulatory Change Project for Existing and Closed Products & Services on time and to budget. Managed multiple colleagues and stakeholders on project delivery governance and in aligning with Barclay Card Payments to enable the successful embedment and handover of Consumer Duty into BAU Oversight and Governance with the Client Experience Team for UKCB.• EU Target Operating Model (April 23-Sep 24): Successfully delivered the optimisation of CB Europe’s Operating Model focusing on the customer journey outputs and aligning CB business owners to their roles and responsibilities in holding BX to account on their service delivery for the business.
