Role: Strategic Client PartnerBeing in the ISP industry for over 18 years I have acted as liaison between clients and management for business executions. I have been responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership to build multimillion-rand deals, long term client engagements and implementing Client Experience Frameworks with my Clients.The roles required a consultative sales approach and ability to identify their client’s key problem areas, business objectives, commercial goals and priorities and create a roadmap of opportunities, shaped to the level of creating the SoW, that project teams can deliver against. The Strategic Client Partner role has been a natural progressing path as I am as much a leader as a communicator and mentor.I am commercially astute, and my roles are targeted on delivering top line revenue growth. It requires the ability to proactively network throughout the account, establishing strong senior relationships by reading between the lines and hearing what is not being said, soliciting key information and facilitating its transfer consistently and correctly.I am highly motivated and thrive when faced with challenges and constantly striving to improve the way things are done for our clients, understanding the client needs and identify new business opportunities.A few key areas of focus are listed below: Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as needed.Develop customized programs to meet client needs and close business.Provide client consultations about company products or services.Develop business proposals and make product presentations for clients.Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
