As the Lead Project Manager, I support the Impact Office’s purpose of facilitating the discovery, intake, oversight, and completion of donor-funded projects and contracts for the UW School of Nursing. In this role, I collaborate with multiple departments, offices, and teams across the school and develop project plans according to strategic priorities. I oversee the planning, monitoring, and reporting of various projects while ensuring project scopes, timelines, and milestones are communicated to relevant stakeholders. I support Impact Office program operations and strategy by leading team member recruitment, onboarding and development, project and task delegation, and system and process improvements. I forecast and manage resources to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively. I prepare budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs to stay within the budget, and produce timely and accurate project deliverables and reports. In partnership with the Impact Office Director, I support the development and revision of operational systems, processes and procedures, monitor budget expenditures, ensure costs are allocated appropriately, and project the rate of team growth.
