ABOUT WARREN WILCZEWSKI
Warren Wilczewski is an energy industry economist, providing market and policy analysis for both C-suite briefings and public dissemination. Currently with the Energy Information Administration, Warren leads long-term market analysis and modeling of the hydrocarbon gas liquids (HGL) complex along the full value chain: from resource potential and production, through processing, to final demand in the petrochemical and consumer markets. Focusing on NGLs and olefins, Warren has co-authored a number of publications on the North American and international propane and ethane markets, spoken at conferences, and prepared confidential reports and briefings for C-suite audiences, including the U.S. Secretary of Energy and Congress.
