ABOUT WARREN SMITH

With over five years of experience as an Operations Manager at Motability Foundation, I lead and manage a team of dedicated staff who deliver high-quality services and support to disabled people and their families. I am passionate about improving the customer journey and enhancing the reputation of the organisation, which provides mobility solutions and grants to customers across the UK.I have a strong background in customer relationship management, marketing communications, and new business development, which I gained from my previous positions at Motability. I have successfully implemented change management initiatives, increased productivity, and secured new partnerships and funding opportunities. I also have extensive experience in the charity sector, as a board trustee for an organisation that supports children and young people with disabilities and additional needs. I enjoy working with diverse and inclusive teams and collaborating with external stakeholders to achieve our mission and vision.
