ABOUT WARREN JONES

I hate using my phone—and yet, I design mobile products for a living. Go figure.Within the past decade, I’ve held Manager and Senior Product Design roles across two enterprise companies, a design agency, and two startups—all united by a focus on growth, impact, and leadership. I began my journey at the agency MindSea as an intern, and five years later, I was their Director of Design. In that role, I had the privilege of growing the UX team to its largest size of seven and collaborating with some of the most talented people in the industry.Through my time at MindSea, I was introduced to the startups SalesRight and Constant Health. As the founding designer for each, I led the product from ideation to launch. SalesRight was successfully acquired by FastSpring, and Constant Health now helps thousands of Canadians live healthier lives through its holistic approach to wellness.At PwC Products, I built the design organization from the ground up and served as both UX Manager and Principal Designer. As the go-to for the latest design trends and principles, I led the UX strategy for innovative fintech products—always balancing user needs with business goals, and championing human-centric design every step of the way.Today, I’m a UX Manager at lululemon, where I lead and coach a team of designers within the Celebrate Product domain—focused on horizontal experiences that span the upper and mid-funnel of our web and iOS platforms. From the homepage to PDP reviews, outfitting, product storytelling, and size & fit, we craft core moments that shape our guest’s journey. At my core, I’m passionate about bringing great product ideas to life—and building the right team to make it happen.
