ABOUT WALTER GIBILARO

As a senior supply finance controller at Reckitt, a global leader in consumer health and hygiene, I manage the financial planning and analysis of the supply chain operations, with over seven years of experience in finance and accounting. I have a master of business administration degree from MIP Politecnico di Milano, and I have strong analytical skills, financial accounting skills, and accounting skills, which I apply to my diverse and challenging roles. In addition to my finance and accounting career, I am passionate about promoting and growing the sport of Australian rules football in Germany and Europe. I currently lead the umpiring and laws department at Australian Football League (AFL) Germany, where I oversee the development and implementation of the rules and regulations of the sport in the country. I also serve as the head of umpiring at AFL Europe, where I coordinate the training and accreditation of the umpires across the continent. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I seek to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the teams I work with.
