Program Manager high-level Projects.• The management of the project management team and operations team, including Matrix management, contractor management and personnel management.• The management of the Support centre.(Including ongoing reviews, new customers and Escalations.)• The management of all ongoing projects. Ensuring that all projects are followed through the project life-cycle from Tender to handover to support. To assess and assign the correct resource to tenders and prospect meetings as required. Including budgeting and profit/loss.• Quality management, including the review and improvement of process and procedures. Including ISO 9001 implementation.• Recruitment of new team members including interviewing and providing the business case for the position.
