Handling a team, helping them to understand the requirements as well as submitting the profile on VMS. • Working on every healthcare requirement.• Handling MSP portal – Prowand Magnit for uploading submissions and Paperwork of the candidates.• Following up with candidates, helping them in completing the compliance part.• Posting jobs on indeed and circulate the responses to the whole team.• Responsible for full cycle for recruitment and end to end recruitment - Sourcing, screening, submitting, Scheduling interview, Starting paperwork, compliance, sending FDI email.• Carefully analyzing the requirements as per client needs.• Maintaining and updating the database of candidates.• Worked on Healthcare or clinical requirements such as RN, CNA, LPN/LVN, RRT, Sterile processing tech, Nurse Educator etc.• Sourcing and identifying individuals within the relevant industry on the basis of client requirement using Job Portals, Internal Database and Networking.• Offering the candidate and following up with the offered candidate till he/she joins the organisation. • Discussion with the candidates in keeping them interested, to ensure not losing the candidate and to make him/her join.
