I look after the UK Marketing Strategy working for James Hardie Europe. I form one of the six in the UK Leadership team, and I head up a team of two supporting both our Fibre Cement and Fibre Gypsum (fermacell) product ranges. Key responsibilities are: 🤝🧑 Working with my fellow senior managers to develop and execute the marketing strategy, in line with our core strategic priorities Creating engaging, captivating marketing communications and campaigns for our distributors, installers and homeowners resulting in both lead generation and revenue growth Events management - both exhibitions as well as internal stakeholder kick offs and review sessions 🤝🧑 Managing and developing a team of two. One Marketing Executive who I have promoted Product Marketing Manager, and a Marketing Assistant who\'s potential I spotted from a customer service role Full Marketing comms mix - brochures, POS, website, social media, PR, Advertising, Events Budget Management - ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to budget, monitoring UK Marketing spend ⏰ Project Management - ensuring the smooth running of key projects, liaising with and managing both internal and external stakeholders, co-ordinating project groups for the best outcome
