Control and Automation Engineer (Mechatronics) graduated from Universidade Paulista in Technician in Precision Mechanics graduated from Escola Senai Swiss-Brazilian in 1993. Postgraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering with an emphasis on Clinical Engineering. I have solid experience in the field and operational capacity. Strong ability to manage people and expertise in managing large teams, directing priorities and objectives according to the company\'s strategic definitions. I am objective and pragmatic in solving problems, always seeking compliance with Technical Standards and best market practices. I highlight my career in the Maintenance and Infrastructure area of ​​the Sarah Hospital Network, an international reference in neurological and orthopedic issues. This area is recognized for its efficiency. In addition to knowing the challenges of the nine hospital units of the Network deeply, I sought benchmarks in other companies and thus had the opportunity to develop and apply different methods, techniques, and processes. It allowed me to act more effectively in managing Maintenance and Infrastructure in different areas. Challenges and continuous learning drive me. I seek to develop a new professional cycle where I can add value and contribute to achieving the results desired by the organization.
