Serve as Special Adviser to the Director-General, providing strategic advice on governance, governing bodies, and institutional reform in the context of UNESCO80 and its alignment with the UN80 agenda. Contribute to the design and advancement of governance and administrative reforms aimed at strengthening decision-making, accountability, and organizational effectiveness. Support the preparation of substantive inputs for UNESCO’s governing bodies and assist the Director-General in engagements with Member States and senior management to advance reform priorities and ensure policy coherence.
