Then, the \"Intervene at 15\" campaign implemented by all areas, improving the overall complaint rate by 25%.Also, member of the Exposure Index committee doing groundbreaking work in the overall dose reduction and retake rates of the entire X-Ray imaging staff.Conducted numerous PI projects resulting in many process improvements to overall workflow processes in my area.Evaluate and help get approved the replacement of our existing Toshiba/Cannon 64 slice scanner and purchase an additional state-of-the-art AI-based 180 slice Prism CT scanner.Evaluate and help get approved for the replacement of our DR X-Ray room with a Siemens state-of-the-art room.
