As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), I spearhead a pivotal workforce management project, orchestrating the seamless migration from Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Dimensions. Taking charge from the project\'s inception, I meticulously installed, configured, tested, and managed In Touch DX clocks, ensuring a smooth transition to operational status. As part of the comprehensive project scope, I run integrations for UKG Dimensions, addressing key facets such as employee demographics, cost centers, business structure import, locations, job codes, and accruals. A critical aspect of my responsibilities involves identifying and rectifying errors in the integration outputs to guarantee data accuracy. Build and manage integration packages using cloud tool Boomi AI and Boomi platform. Leveraging my expertise, I generate and deliver tailored data views and reports, providing stakeholders with actionable insights for informed decision-making. This multifaceted project showcased my proficiency in overseeing end-to-end processes, resulting in a successful migration and the implementation of a robust workforce management solution.
