As a leading member of the Global Operations team, I oversee, plan and monitor the day-to-day operations for North and Latin America. I manage an annual budget of $3m+, lead a team of Operations Managers and collaborate with our executive leadership and global teams to ensure effective and efficient operational practices and strategies are soundly executed. • Ownership of operational contract negotiations, buying, pricing, contract close-out and administration of various types of contracts • Oversee reporting, account reconciliation, and audits for all operational budgets, programs, and policies • Responsible for overseeing and directing worldwide operational policies, programs, and vendor relationships, which encompasses travel, expenses, transportation, telecom, security, and wellness • Plan and execute Skai’s annual global Sales Kick-Off conference for 160+ attendees (travel, lodging, venues, catering, permits, entertainment, AV, transportation, misc. vendors/rentals) • Manage and oversee all operational initiatives related to employee onboarding/offboarding, purchasing, office administration/maintenance, internal events, building management, meals/catering, morale, gifting • Actively identify and recommend innovative and creative initiatives and process improvements that focus on progressing the overall employee experience by creating a “customer first” environment within each office and across the region, while aligning with overall global culture initiatives • Responsible for spearheading special, one-off projects such as company events, office relocations, lease renewals, remodeling projects, and other similar initiatives.
