Perform 24×7 security event triage by analyzing alerts generated from Arctic Wolf’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) platform-Conduct log searches and targeted queries across multiple data sources to investigate suspicious activity and fulfil cx requirements-Analyze logs from SIEM, EDR, firewall, network, cloud, and identity platforms to identify indicators of compromise and attack patterns-Perform initial incident investigations for different alerts-Correlate events across disparate log sources to determine attack scope, impact, and root cause-Apply threat intelligence, IOCs, and MITRE ATT & CK techniques to assess severity and prioritize incidents-Escalate confirmed incidents to senior engineers with clear timelines, evidence, and remediation recommendations-Create clear, high-quality case documentation and customer-facing summaries-Follow established incident response playbooks, SLAs, and quality standards in a fast-paced SOC environment-Collaborate with internal teams to improve alert fidelity, detection logic, and triage efficiency-Continuously develop skills in log analysis, threat detection, and security operations.
