I am highly motivated and passionate about cognac and spirit elaboration with can-do attitude towards all tasks- Traditional Charentais distilling Hennessy, Remy Martin and Martell methods- Using automated Chalvignac sytems GS400, CC430- Ensure that the distilling operation meets the high quality standards and regulatory requirements- Maintenance of potstills- Eaux-de-vie tasting and quality control- Alcohol transfer- Selection of the spirits to meet the customers expectations- Technical tasting- Interpretation of laboratry analysis, including chromatography- Microdistillation tests- Advise in vinification and distilling- Control and monitoring of vinification: nitrogen rate, temperature control- Technical visits of cellars and distilleries- HACCP, ISO Participation in brand creation - Logistics supervising- Production & bottling monitoring - Tracability- Description of influence of the origin and type of the wood onto the maturation process- Sales advice- Ensure smooth handover between shifts in accordance with standard operating procedures- Work in partnership with the visitor centrer team to ensure that the site provides an excellence customer experience- Supervisor of training programs for new employees- Excellent service of hospitality
