As a CSCS-certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with an M.S. from Springfield College, I empower athletes to achieve peak performance by integrating cutting-edge sports science with athlete-centered leadership. My foundational education in Physical Culture, Sports, and Recreation at Universidad Santo Tomas, combined with experience across my home country, Europe, and North America, provides a unique global perspective.
