Serves as the company\'s Business Analyst/Product Owner, eliciting requirements and providing necessary solutions for business needs.• Continuously improve backlog with the team, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized.• Improves business direction by prioritizing customers and implementing changes based on collected feedback.• Ensures alignment of product features and stories, i.e, review, give feedback, and prioritize user stories from the user’s perspective.• Conducts interviews with various stakeholders to gather information on business processes and user requirements.• Participates in building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog. Backlog items are prioritized based on user value, time, and other team dependencies determined in the Program Increment planning meeting and refined during the PI.• Communicates ‘the story’ effectively to stakeholders and the rest of the team.• Analyzes, creates, and documents business and system processes into functional requirement documentation, ensuring the IT development standards are met using templates and process flows.• Acts as a key participant in Agile ceremonies, including retrospectives, to continually improve team processes.• Jira and confluence• Owns the end-to-end product strategy from inception and determines business value once the solution enters production, including delivery of product demos.• Analyzes client business processes/requirements and develops corresponding processes and data flows.• Assists with UAT strategies, conditions, and evaluation of expected results.• Conducts user research, drafts user stories, and meets with product owners to validate and enhance them.• Coordinates and facilitates exchange meetings to determine the needs of customers, as well as to determine the impact of changes.• Creates wireframes for the user stories, reviews them with users, and gathers feedback.• Documents workflows and processes based on requirements.
