As Marketing Director for Timber Trails Building Company, a multi-million dollar luxury residential home building company, I lead all aspects of marketing and branding to showcase our custom homes and engage a global audience.I redesigned the company’s WordPress website and developed a second site in August 2023, contributing to over total visitors. I also manage our Instagram account, which has grown to followers. My short-form video content consistently performs, with individual videos garnering up to views. Additionally, I oversee our Houzz profile to further enhance visibility within the luxury home market.I design all sales sheets, marketing materials, and comprehensive house booklets for the sales department using Google Suite and Adobe programs. These materials, including custom “mood boards,” highlight the design, style, and unique features of each home, effectively communicating the Timber Trails brand to discerning buyers.Having worked on-site since age 11, I bring firsthand knowledge of the building process and a deep understanding of the craftsmanship and quality behind our homes.
