Since September 2024, I’ve been working as a Business Analyst at IRIS Business Services Limited, as part of the iDEAL Team, which specializes in delivering regulatory reporting solutions to banks and financial institutions (BFSI sector) across jurisdictions. My work involves understanding client requirements, preparing XBRL and non-XBRL reporting kits, and supporting implementation of compliance solutions aligned with central bank regulations such as those from the RBI and other global regulators.I\'ve gained hands-on experience in data preparation, taxonomy analysis, error validations, and assisting in resolving client-side reporting issues. Collaborating closely with technical and QA teams, I help bridge the gap between financial regulations and technology to ensure accurate, efficient, and regulator-compliant reporting for financial institutions.
