Create and maintain custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) for recurring and ad-hoc business needs across HR functions• Schedule reports based on authorized user access and Workday security groups, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality• Design and deliver monthly OPRs (Operational Performance Reports) for leaders, supporting executive decision-making• Build and manage interactive dashboards in One Model and Tableau to visualize workforce trends, DEI, and headcount metrics• Partner with the People Analytics team to drive insights into attrition, engagement, and talent management strategies• Perform data validation and reconciliation across Workday and One Model to ensure reporting integrity and consistency• Identify automation opportunities and streamline reporting workflows to improve efficiency, accessibility, and user experience
