Senior Reliability Engineer – SiC Discretes & ModulesReliability qualification and lifetime assessment of high-voltage SiC MOSFETs and power modules for automotive, industrial, and new energy applications. My work spans:Qualification & Standards: Develop and execute AEC-Q101/Q102-compliant test plans, including HTRB, HTGB, H3TRB, HAST, dynamic testing, thermal shock, and power cycling.Failure Analysis: Lead root-cause analysis using optical/SEM inspection, CSAM, FIB cross-sectioning, and EDX to identify process, design, and packaging weaknesses.Reliability Modeling: Apply Weibull and gamma-adjusted Weibull analysis, Arrhenius and Coffin-Manson models, and mission-profile translation to project lifetime.Design & Process Feedback: Collaborate with design, packaging, and process teams to optimize device and package design for improved ruggedness.Applications Impact: Ensure product reliability under demanding conditions for EV traction inverters, solar inverters, industrial drives, and data center power systems.
