As an experienced pharmacovigilance professional, I have a proven track record in managing adverse event reports and ensuring compliance with internal conventions and procedures. My expertise in intake and intake reconciliation, source preparation, book-in, and triage has allowed me to efficiently retrieve, process, and prioritize safety information from various sources, including e-mail, and client EDC.As a Case Processor, I am well-versed in reviewing and evaluating AE/SAE case information in safety database ARGUS, and determining the required action based on the severity of the event. I have worked with a wide range of cases, including spontaneous, patient-oriented program, device cases, literature, licensing partner, and clinical trials.My skills as a Medical Coder have allowed me to accurately code all medical history, events, drugs/procedure/indications, and laboratory tests according to the appropriate dictionary, including MedDRA, Company Product Dictionary, and WHODD. I am also proficient in writing medically relevant safety narratives and checking the completeness and accuracy of data entered in various fields, in accordance with Guidelines and SOPs.As a Quality Check Reviewer, I have a keen eye for detail and can quickly identify clinically significant information missing from initial reports, and ensure its collection and updates in case. I have provided quality feedback or QC of AE reports to team resources missing information and legibility, and tracked and maintained quality metrics.In addition to my technical skills, I possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. My quick learning skill, adaptability skill, ability to work under priority tight deadlines, and manage a high workload have enabled me to work efficiently as a workflow managing person in team.I am proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have a basic competence with medical terminology, pharmacovigilance terminology, and therapeutic terminology.
