An IT Professional with 13 Years of professional experience in the Data Centre and IT Infrastructure technologies. Over these Years, I have taken up roles in Data Centre consulting, Operations management, Service delivery, Technical lead, Solution designing & implementation, migrations, project transition and Process consultant.Experience in various IT domains, Operation Center and Process Management consulting. Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of ITIL Processes and capable of driving IT teams using ITIL Framework. Ability to execute projects both independently and alongside other consultants and partners implementing high-quality solutions and services.Besides my current role of Service Delivery Manager for Data Centre & Process Management, I am proactively looking to propose and execute Service Improvement Plans for the identified gap in DC and Process areas. Having spent a major part of my initial years as a team member in different technical team, I have acquired a deep understanding into fundamentals of different technical and operation towers in Data Centre. Acting as Technical Manager, I support partnership projects by consulting on SOW commitments, implementation strategies, and solution design. I can work in Physical groups consisting of Architects, SMEs and implementation teams, and utilize the knowledge to leverage my Project Management skills. I can collaborate and manage internal and external teams working on a project or a solution, share progress reports and keep key stakeholders (Customer & Service Providers) abreast with the developments in project delivery.
