As a dedicated member of the Americas Business Tools Team, I collaborate closely with our Sales Operations team to drive productivity enhancements across multiple domains. My role as a key user for both the Customer Master tool and the Return Management tool involves comprehensive change management and user acceptance training.I also provide frontline support for business tools, including Model N, Sales Order, Logistics Systems, and various profiling tools, ensuring seamless profiling of new and existing users. My responsibilities as a Data Steward include maintaining data integrity and meeting all requirements for onboarding new customers, covering Tax, Finance, and Logistics information.One of the highlights of my position is mentoring the sales operations team in efficiency. I develop and disseminate training on internal tools and share productivity tips for Office 365 and Windows software on Viva Engage with ST Employees.Moreover, I am a founding member and current Chairperson of ABLE, our Employee Resource Group supporting individuals with disabilities and their allies. I played a pivotal role in establishing the group and continue to lead it as Chair Person by setting the roadmap, managing projects, and acting as the liaison between DEI and our Executive Sponsors.
