Supported the 3D design of modular immersion data centers using Inventor, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD and Bluebeam. Created construction drawings, fabrication packages and field SOPs delivering scalable, production-ready systems-Designed detailed cable management strategies for both point-to-point and structured cabling layouts. Modeled 3D cable bundles and flow paths within Inventor to proactively identify clashes, optimize routing for maintenance and airflow, and improve installation efficiency-Deployed Sunbird DCIM platform to manage all assets across immersion and traditional environments. Scripted Python-based integrations with external systems to automate data updates, ensuring a single source of truth. Built dynamic dashboards tracking PUE, workload capacity, and asset utilization-Created HVAC and fluid flow specs for immersion cooling, supporting vendor tenders. Improved bid accuracy and reduced change orders by delivering complete, detailed technical packages-Mapped power, fiber, water, and environmental risks (floods, tornadoes) using GIS tools, delivering actionable insights that accelerated data center site selection both in Canada and the USA-Spearheaded the implementation of a formal Change Management process using JIRA Service Management creating workflows, approval processes, and maintaining on-call schedules-Established a Revision Control and Document Management System, reducing errors, drawing conflicts, and unplanned downtime across all engineering projects-Supervised and performed regular maintenance activities including weekly/monthly inspections, leak detection monitoring, system diagnostics, and contractor scheduling. Managed major operational events such as full immersion fluid changes, computer RMAs, and both proactive and reactive immersion system maintenance-Developed Python scripts to automate system monitoring, including scheduled SNMP pulls to collect live device metrics like temperature, workload, and network health.
