Engineering leader with 18+ years of experience driving infrastructure strategy, data center innovation, and capital project execution across energy, industrial, and AI sectors. I bring a dual lens of technical depth and executive acumen, combining P.Eng. credentials and an MBA with hands-on leadership of $100M+ programs, modular platform development, and cross-functional teams. At Denvr Dataworks, I helped pioneer a next-generation AI infrastructure footprint—leading the design and deployment of a scalable 6MW modular data center platform using liquid immersion cooling and chip-to-chip GPU fabrics. These systems enable unprecedented compute density and performance for modern AI workloads. I’ve also led the rollout of 1MW-per-unit immersion deployments and traditional 3MW air-cooled capacity across multiple sites—aligning power systems, UPS/generation, and fiber/GPU fabric with business and operational objectives. As Principal of Couto Consulting & Engineering, I’ve delivered high-impact electrical systems, control upgrades, and functional safety programs for leading industrial firms.
